Change to retrieve from GSS to Mysql

While Adding a vocabulary, Retrieve the next vocabulary and check whether it exists or no

If you have space in the titles, It will be not identified as the same, so please remove that

So far, I use bookmarks to get what words I want to write on GSS
But I will use url parameters from example.txt to get them in the future.
So you don't need to save, copy the bookmarks file anymore

2. Ask to edit an 'example.txt' if you want
3. Give time to edit an 'example.txt'
