paste command not working

I started your bot (@PastebinTGBot) ,,It is responding on /help command.
But when I used /paste Hello world. It didn't respond.

Large messages are splitted

Telegram splits large messages into smaller ones. This causes a couple of Pastebin links, instead of one. Maybe the bot could be aware of it and figure out when two messages in the sequence are actually just one?

DEPLOY ON HEROKU

Can you please tell,how to deploy it on HEROKU.
I linked my GitHub account to HEROKU and deployed the branch.
But I am stucked in WEBHOOK URL.
Can we run ngrok on HEROKU and get WEBHOOK URL through it??

We're blocked from Pastebin!

Today, Pastebin has blocked our API key due to the high demand. Probably we'll need to keep track of each user to avoid abuse. The bot right now only answers with a maintenance message.
