relevant info:

• function is not broken for other servers
• tried increasing the interval (10mins to 60mins)
• tried unsubbing and redoing the command, made the message fine but fails to update
• roughly 8k users
• is not an announcement channel (works in other non-announcement channels)
• self-perms check passed just fine

"Missing Permissions
Bot requires View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Link permissions in for this command!"

I have double checked the channel permissions, and I have found that the bot itself, the bot's role, and our server bot role all have these permissions, and it still gives me this error. Not even giving the bot admin privileges fixes this.

expireTime is still 'Helldivers Time' and not UTC time but is being subtracted by UTC time.

When the bot posts a new "Weapons Experimentation" message, there is no description of what weapon is actually available. This seems like a defect since the other dispatch messages all have a body listed with them in the bot.
