On your README.md page under 'Why':

I switched to "data-zoom-original" and it worked.

Thank you so much for advanced-zoom, it has saved the day after zoom.js was blurring the images too much.

Demo isn't working as the image links don't resolve.

The library itself is working fine though - thanks for this excellent utility :)

I added the following to the end of the css file

.zoom-overlay-open, .zoom-overlay-transitioning { cursor: default; image-rendering: -webkit-optimize-contrast; -ms-interpolation-mode: nearest-neighbor; }

This dramatically reduced the blurring in both Chrome and Safari without effecting Firefox.

Hi,
I tried your plugin, it seems that it does not work with the CSS grid.
When I zoom in on the image I have a little glitch, it's worse when I leave the image, sometimes the "zoom out" remains frozen.

Do you think it can be fixed?

I am doing a blog where everything is written in markdown and i cannot add the attribute data-zoom. Anyway I could initiate the plugin via JS?
