Currently no way to load rundeck plugins. I extended from this container created a startup script to copy plugins from a mount into /etc/rundeck/libext but you may want to incorporate plugin copying functionality into this container by allowing the user to mount a directory and specify the plugin directory to copy plugins from with an env variable.

I wanted to test rundeck using docker and your image started working well but every time the app redirects to anocher path (like after login that it sends you to /menu/home) I am sent to a hardcoded IP:
http://195.76.89.51:4440/menu/home

I don't know where this IP comes from, I'm working on a LAN where the IP's are like 10...*. I haven't found this IP in any document in your repo. I've renamed the image and the container to fit my company naming style.

Do you have any idea where this might come from?
