New fonts not installing

The newly added fonts FiraCode and Inconsolata are not included in install.sh. I have made a PR :)

What about Inconsolata?

Could you tell me where the source of Menlo is from?

Ubuntu Xenial/xterm monaco size issue, someone else ?

Hi,

I use this repository as my main source of good fonts for coding.
In fact i use mainly Monaco font and xterm with a font size of 10
I'm on Ubuntu and made the upgrade from Wily to Xenial and since, I noticed a weird change in font size, chars seems a little flattened. If i augment the font size to 11 they regain their original aspect but too big, and if i decrease they are too small.

The issue is not specific to xterm.

I know it is not an issue directly related to this great repository but i haven't found resources after googling and would like to know if the problem has been noticed by someone else, or if someone using the same setup ubuntu xenial/xterm/monaco obtains good font rendering.

Wrong install dir

I have to move the fonts installed in ~/.font to ~/.fonts for fontconfig to find them. Just sayin'! Thanks for providing this.

Monaco-Linux not a valid font

First of all, Thanks for these awesome fonts. I really Enjoy DejaVu. However, when attempting to install the Monaco-Linux.ttf on my Windows 8.1 Enterprise machine it returns a "Cannot install Monaco-Linux.ttf" error.
