Hi Liam,

the multithreaded mode does not work correctly.
I was using alloc in one thread and free in another thread for an message-paasing-framework.
If the free-thread has got a higher prio it could preempt the alloc-thread after the mutexunlock, so the counter block_list_size gets checked in free->_add_block and gets a wrong value before incremented within the alloc->_remove_block.

So, moving the list-counter-manipulation within the mutexlock/unlock could solve this problem.
