How to use this?

https://github.com/vaxxnz/vaxxnzlocations/blob/main/uniqLocations.json - all NZ vaccination sites.
- Each vaccination site has a location id (extId)
https://github.com/vaxxnz/vaxxnzlocations/tree/main/availability - folder with availability for each vaccination site
- Use the location id to fetch availability data in this folder

Monitoring for the availability.js job

node ./lib/availability.js job seems to get stuck sometimes - it would be nice to have some monitoring which tracks the last updated at time of availability data and alerts the maintainers if it is more than a few hours old.

A long running log of what happens to our availability job

The log currently gets overwritten when the job starts, would be nice to have a log of what happened for in the past. So it's easier to investigate when MOH api goes into maintenance and our scraper stops creating updates.

Scraper user agent

Right now MOH discerns our scraper based on IP address of Matt's proxy.

While it's good, I think it would be even better if we add a unique user agent.
