I want to like flip box and adding zoom hover effect. The content will we shown in backward side by using hover effect.

Describe the Issue

Restructure the English version of the project as a single React app.
The code of this application is quite messy with a lot of HTML files and React components.
It's hard to find links between them and debug.

I suggest making a React-level project structure for the English version of this application.
The React project will be kept in a new directory until it gets completed. after which we will remove the old directory.

add some badges to the top of readme.md file, since the badges will be colorful and more attractive at the top of README.md file than the text the users will like it and after linking the badges it will also help them to navigate to different sections/ webpages like PRs, issues, contributors, etc.

Describe the bug

There is a small gap in both the HTML files of English and Kannada.

If you can assign (for LGMSOC) this to it would be done with very minimal steps.

To Resolve

Steps to resolve the behaviour:

1. go to rootDirectory>English>home.css
2. change the margin which is presently assigned as for the complete page to only for the top of page
3. go to rootDirectory>Kannada>home.css
4. change the margin which is presently assigned as for the complete page to only for the top of page

Try to make this a progressive web app(PWA) by implementing service worker

On the home page (i.e landing page) the cards or options mention English, Kannada, Other Languages those can only be clickable only when they click on the blue-coloured text i.e "click here".

But as taking in the perspective of a user. He/She doesn't locate that click here much. They might just click on that card but it will not get redirected.

If you assign this to me (under LGMSOC) I can add this feature to more user friendly.

Connect crime reporting page in the public section to the backend.

The word report Us seems like a wrong usage of the word as it seems like they're reporting the police itself.

To Reproduce

Us can be replaced by Theft so as to match the navbar.

The text is not clearly visible since both are having a light color

A color like this matches with the navbar colors and the text is also visible in this color

The form isn't exactly on the center and also a border could be added around the description box

And also the scroll bar colour could be changed to default colors as it is looking a bit flashy (Upto you, if you want I can change it or else it's okay)

And also personally I felt that the polygon footer isn't looking that great, instead the simple footer would look better I feel.
Also the navbar could be made better, I'll try to show you some samples if you want the navbar styling to be changed
