• Led the Quieter Notifications project, reducing per-transaction notifications and introducing a new monthly payment reminder.
• Led the project to automatically close dormant Flex accounts, removing unused lines credit being reported to CRA's for 1238 existing customers, 200 ongoing customers per month on average
• Worked on the development of Flex Physical Cards, including API groundwork, acceptance testing, email notifications and UI changes.
• Contributed to the Defer First Payment project, delaying initial repayments to a month later.
• Transitioned all customer-facing app screens to a new design and architecture, implementing and testing all provided designs.

• Proactively organized meetings and support for newer engineers coming through the Makers Bootcamp.
