The project doesn't properly respects the GPL license, for example each file should have a header about the GPL and copyright.

Thanks to @lorenzogil for the heads up.

Currently boletin automatically creates and sends newsletters (with an optional human review process). However, some users may want to manually create the newsletter contents, maybe with an attached file (e.g. a PDF), and let boletin handle the subscriptors and the proper newsletter sending.

As a side effect, periodicity should be made optional, because manually created newsletters are probably not periodical.

There are some bits of code corresponding to the project boletin was created in. They should be removed and all code should be general and configurable via settings.
