Login isn't available with new version (PHP7 + mysqli)

Migrate from mysql to mysqli

Do something like this: https://stackoverflow.com/a/1390615.

That is a part of PHP7 compliance (look at #1).

Can't get MySQL date

I'm using:
Fedora 28 on raspberry pi
MariaDB instead MySQL
obiblio v0.7.3

When I try to install with localhost/install/index.php shows:

Mismatch in date and time configuration.
Recommended: correct before proceeding, else Check Out and Check In might fail temporarily.
Current date and time (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS):

      MySQL : 
        PHP   : 2018-09-23 01:44:56 | date.timezone = America/Guatemala

I've tried on test.php:

Migrate Openbiblio to PHP7

Change the charset of every file to utf8 (+ reformat every file)

If you want to do that then create a new branch for that. To do this is important

Use datepickers for input fields which needs a date

Change md5 to a more secure algorithm

The best method is to integrate the API as JavaScript at the new item page.
