ready player me example fails to start prediction

When building and running the ready player me sample the prediction fails to start and we get this error

This requires a minor fix of adding an await for the loading the avatar image

Do you open source the blendshape predicting model ?

Hello, Hallway, you said you use a ML model to predict blendshape coefficients, but i did find the model now (maybe it is because i am not familiar with js project), have you open source it now or will open source it in the furture ?

I'm unable to get api token from your website, error says user already exist.
How can I get api token if I already register thru the windows app?

Improve wink detection

It seems like winking is quite unstable - struggling to make my avatar on https://chat.joinhallway.com/ close only one eye consistently. Would this be improved in the future?
