Bug with multi-carets call - wrong quotes

I see some problem here because plugin activates on multi-carets. IMO it should not.

And this is a bug:

after this text and carets:

plugin CAN be activated and it gives BROKEN text (after choosing text "badge")

Is it hard to show the last class_name used first?

Like Cud in HTML attributes and tags

Strange behavior with multi-carets

1º Cancel carets
2º Delete begin quotes

I change proj-opts and it's not changed

new project, add some dir
save as ~/tst.cuda-proj
restart Cud
open proj, call plugin config of proj, add 4,5

proj file was not changed! and Cud's dialog project-config dont show new opt

why ST3 plugin has URL downloading?

they call

do we need it?

Options

Plugin has the option to specify Bootstrap versions to use. Value must be comma-separated numbers like "4" or "3,4".

a) To set it globally, call "Options / Settings-plugins / Bootstrap Completion / Config", and write the option to plugins.ini.
b) To set it per-project, open dialog "Project properties" (in the context menu over Project Manager), and write the option to the "Variables" input field.

caret at the end of quoted-str

now ST handles this?
