AlarmPi

AlarmPi is a headless Raspberry Pi powered alarm clock with these features:

  • controls up to 2 high-power LEDs to light up the room
  • uses HiFiBerry (https://www.hifiberry.com) to play internet radio, alarm sounds and read announcements
  • setup of the alarm clock thru an Andropid App or a web interface
  • connects to Google Calendar to read announcements for the day
  • connects to openhab to control other parts of a smart home
  • connects to OpenWeatherMap (www.openweathermap.org) to read weather forecast for the day
