Telegram-bot got crashed again but working fine with other users

There is no options for deleting multiple assignments together in the sakha-dispatcher. It is taking a long time to delete multiple duty slips one by one and which is causing inconvenience.

Currently very dev-ish, dumps JSON strings, needs formatting

When I am clicking on a booking and I am assigning a duty slip to it, but the driver has not been assigned any vehicles, the dispatcher is still showing "resp" on the top of the screen as shown in the screenshot below. And not making any bookings, but also is not pointing out that i have not assigned any vehicle to the driver. hence it is not able to take any bookings.

was able to assign a same vehicle to 3 different drivers simultaneously without any error

Steps to reproduce

1. As a driver who has no duty slips assigned, attempt to pull duty slips by clicking "Open Duty Slips"
2. Everyones App stops responding

The last character of the booking ID went missing in the telegram-bot. This issue could result in mis-verification of assignments

When a time stamp is saved in MongoDB, MongoDB assumes it to be in UTC. When it is transferred back and forth between a Python datetime, it gets mangled.

When an assignment with multiple drivers and one trip was tested the telegram-bot stops responding after I clicked on the duty slip.
