The whole button element is not an anchor tag. If i click outside the Join discord text nothing will happen which is a very bad usecase. Please ensure that the whole element /button takes me to the desired page when clicked.

During the previous season, we established a partnership with the Government of West Bengal, which is why our logo and main section prominently featured their branding. However, it's crucial to note that for Season 3, our partnership dynamics have evolved, and the Government of West Bengal is no longer a partner. To maintain transparency and consistency, we need to update this particular aspect for the upcoming season. You can access our branding and assets from the last season on the previous season's website for reference.

In order to maintain an updated and organized website for our hackathon, we need to create a "Past Sponsors" section to showcase our sponsors from Season 2 and Season 1. Currently, the website displays the "Sponsors & Partners" section as To be decided soon..., and we would like to replace the Sponsors & Partners to Past Sponsors to give them the recognition they deserve.

Description

The SEO score for the website can be improved a lot. The site must be crawlable and have proper details and matching keywords.

Proposed Solution

• Some images do not have a proper alt tag make sure most of the images have alt tags that are matching with the description. You can generate alt tags by using the following generator.
• The links are not crawlable to appear in search results the links must be crawled
• Different pages must have different proper meta types make sure the website has proper meta tags.

Page load times are critical for a positive user experience. We need to identify and address any performance bottlenecks that may affect website load times.

We need to have issue templates in place to be able to raise proper issues that have all the details. We need four main types of issue templates, Bug , Feature, Docs, and finally Other.

In the Testimonial section and in the Our Past Mentor carousel section if anyone want to see all then they have to wait a while or have to drag one by one through mouse but if there was ARROW for scrolling previous and next then it will be great for the user to take a short look of all. Currently we can scroll one by one with mouse, and I've tried, this is not that much convenient.

Consider updating the overall User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the Hack4Bengal Season 3 website. This issue focuses on evaluating the current design, gathering feedback, and proposing a new UI/UX to enhance the website's visual appeal, user-friendliness, and overall engagement. You can recommend design changes, create wireframes, and eventually implement a refreshed UI for the upcoming season.

To facilitate pre-registration for Hack4Bengal Season 3, we need to add a Pre-Registration Form to the event website. This will replace the "Application Closed" button, making it easier for prospective participants to express their interest in the hackathon before official registration opens.

We need to create a dedicated Event Page on the Hack4Bengal Season 3 website to provide comprehensive information about the upcoming online/IRL events by Hack4Bengal. This page will serve as a central hub for all things related to all the events either it's past or future events. The Event Page should be user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly informative to engage participants effectively.

Earlier, we had created a page that was not completed yet, check here if you can help us to improve it.

Currently, we are using Google Forms to collect pre-registration responses. Why not create a separate page with a custom form for pre-registration and submit the data to Google Sheets or another service?

Currently we are using the good old create-react-app however that is not recommended at all. It would be much faster if we could integrate Vite to it. Here's a guide for the same.

I propose that an Web-App which will work on both online & offline will increase the effectiveness & the purpose of the Website
