convert has a new patch, that bech32 isn't known to be compatible with.

[serverv2_server] dart pub add wallet_utils
Because every version of wallet_utils depends on bech32 ^0.2.1 which depends on convert >=1.0.0 <3.1.0, every version of wallet_utils requires convert >=1.0.0 <3.1.0.
So, because serverv2_server depends on both convert ^3.1.1 and wallet_utils any, version solving failed.

The licensing for the project is inconsistent:

• the GitHub informational sidebar for the repository indicates an MIT license
• the pub.dev page for the project indicates an MIT license
• the LICENSE file contains MIT license text
• the README file indicates an AGPL license

Presumably the intent is for the project to fall under the MIT license, but it would be helpful to have this clarified.

It appears that trying to decode a taproot address does not work, saying the checksum has failed.
