Computational Physics:: Molecular Dynamics Copyright (c) 2015, Y. H. Abdollahi. This code has been written to show an example of Molecular Dynamics.

Code implemented in GNU C++ compiler (v. 4.6.3) in 64-bit Fedora 21 , Tested under an Intel® Core™ i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz × 4 machine with 4 GB RAM.

To compile and run This program use command "make Run_2D" or "make Run_3D" for 2 or 3 dimensional system respectively.

Just to compile it you can use "make MD_3D" or "make MD_2D" command.
