Minimal app to get github open issues for given user and repository

###Prerequisites

• Make sure you have active internet connection before compiling this project.
• You have installed node.js on your system

###Steps

• Go to project directory
• Write node server.js
• Go to browser and open http://localhost:3003

###Heroku This app is also hosted at https://shippableapp.herokuapp.com/

#####Improvements(given more time)

• More validations could be added
• Styling could have be enhanced
• Usage of scope variables could be enhanced
• Dropdowns suggesting values for repo and username could have been included
