Doens't work with Laravel 5.7

Tried to install with laravel 5.7 unfortunately cannot:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - laravel/framework v5.7.13 conflicts with laravel/framework[5.5.x-dev].
    - laravel/framework 5.5.x-dev conflicts with laravel/framework[v5.7.13].
    - laravel/framework 5.5.x-dev conflicts with laravel/framework[v5.7.13].
    - guszandy/laravel-tabler v1.3 requires laravel/framework 5.5.* -> satisfiable by laravel/framework[5.5.x-dev].
    - Installation request for guszandy/laravel-tabler ^1.3 -> satisfiable by guszandy/laravel-tabler[v1.3].
    - Installation request for laravel/framework (locked at v5.7.13, required as 5.7.*) -> satisfiable by laravel/framework[v5.7.13].

Css are missing after npm run development

Hi!
I've tried to install the package. All was correct until i've done
npm run development
This command not return error, the compilation goes success, but if i reload the page the tabler.css file is filled with some JS..

Anyone has the same problem?
