Update the rit github get user-billing formula from SHELL to PYTHON3.

Currently, the formula is available only for UNIX users, using Python will increase the formula adoption on other OS.

Hi,
Actually I noticed that when I execute your function that use GitHub API rest in order to create a secret, this creates the secret but it is empty. I'm facing this issue for several weeks and don't know why secrets are just empty when they are created by API rest.

What is needed

• Improve the rit github create profile formula to allow the user to customize the README file with more options.

Suggestions:

• Social networks blocks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Medium...)
• Hard Skills blocks (Languages, Technologies, Tools...)

Could be using https://shields.io/ or html.

What is expected

I would like the Ritchie CLI formula to return more options to customize the user Github profile when using the rit github create profile formula.

• The current implementation is located on the formula.py file.
• More inputs parameters can be added to the config.json file if necessary. Remembering that if you do it, you have to extract them afterwards on the main.py file.

Ideas

• More automated datas.
• Github Actions workflows.
• User's blog
• ...
