Implement basic Helpers feature

Load Sample Helpers to the screen
Be able to click on Helper adds it (buys) to the player
Update interface with owned Helpers
Bought Helpers should generate coins

Add count for total amount of clicks

Implement Audio Manager

Implement an Audio Manager that should handle audio for events:

OnItemBought
OnClick
OnLevelUp

If there is no helper/cursor there is no need to check for new produced values

If the player hasn't bought any helper/cursor there is no need to keep calculating how much is produced in each iteration.

Add samples of status and helpers to the readme

Implement Images for helpers

Helpers should be represented in a graphic way.
The default file extension should be .png but it is necessary to think about animated images (.gif) too.
