Use of VS2019 deprecated APIs prevents ConEmu extension loading in VS 2019 16.4.0 Pre-5 or newer

Visual Studio 2019 version 16.4.0 preview 5 and newer versions will not load the ConEmu Launcher extension due to use of deprecated APIs and no longer provides an override ability for loading the extension. It will need to be updated to use the more modern asynchronous APIs provided for Visual Studio extensions if we are to be able to use the extension with the next regular update to Visual Studio 2019.

Can't install to Visual Studio 2019

Cmder dont run APP

I try to run my app from Visual storio to Cmder/ComEmu, but still run in separate CMD windows.

When I click in ComEmu, only open the Cmder in default folder.

If I click in Run, open in separate Windows.

Do you have plan support Cmder?
It is really great console like ConEmu.

TC Launcher v1.3.0.0 does not work any more with VS2013

I have the same issue as the users "ElderForge.Net" and "Johnnyan" on the Q&A page in the visual studio gallery

On start up VS shows a pop up saying that the Total Commander Launcher Add In could not be loaded, the ActivityLog.xml shows the following entires. It seems that the version posted to the VS Gallery was compiled with VS2015 and has now a strong dependency to Version=14.0.0.0 of the VS shell assembly:
