I have made a method to update a player's movement speed, I can update it more to include a switch if the ninja is in special sprint mode

As to my knowledge I have no idea if this should drain chakra, if so that must be handled in the onLivingUpdate event

So things needed will be:
Boolean value in ExtendedProperties
Keybinding for sprinting toggle (registered, and handled in keyHandlerEvent)
Way to make player appear to be "sneaking" only the animation, if that is impossible perhaps more speed can be added to make the special sneak speed go faster.
