During the use of (un)lockdown, the lock channel requests get extremely ratelimited. This means that a couple of channels get (un)locked in a couple of seconds, but then there is a pause of ~5 seconds before a couple more channels get (un)locked. Then the pause repeats. This process executes until the (un)lockdown is complete.

A fix for this would be adding a steady (un)lock rate based on the ratelimit amount in the header of the Discord API's response.

A system which would check the amount of interests in an event, and save this in a database for statistical purposes. We could also hook this up into the AchievementManager and add new tiers of achievements related to event tracking.
