flagops's Issues

Bug: Number values not returned from flagsmith provider

When editing data in the UI if there are not quotes around a value for a number for example 3 instead of "3" that value will not be returned in the template engine. I suspect this is due to the StringValue call in the open feature lib.

Either need to add a way to specify type in the env call or consider calling each value in sequence until one returns a good value.

Feature: Allow git as source for templates

Git can be used as a destination for templates but it should also be able to pull in a git repo to use as a source for templates. Config should be updated to reflect multiple source options like destination.

Example

src:
  type: git
  repo: [email protected]:my-repo
  path: apps/nginx

feature: allow way to pass evaluation context for parse

Some way through either env or config file to pass evaluation context parameters to the env function. Allowing different path configurations or runs to have different evaluation contexts. This would allow for example tempting gitops for different clusters or providers to be able to be evaluated on the server.

Could also pass certain parameters into the evaluation context by default.
