The RunWith class should use the Application class passing parameters to define the test parameters

e.g.

--server-port 2000 --proxy one:2001

This would simplify the code and enforce dry by having a single class responsible for starting everything up.

Initially check the for a particular domain the number of requests made to that domain.

Later stories to cope with URL matching/content types etc

Currently the acceptance tests work directly against the intercept server. Adding the proxy in the way results in a 404 from the server and the test fail. The proxy is required to test the logging and in particular the pageWeight calculation.

Improve the page weight computation to account for request and/or response including or excluding the header.
