Exercises where you do a specific thing you just learned it easy as you know what you need to use. An open task is much harder.

It is a good place to see if they are able to meaningfully use the learned concept in new ways.

This allows the user an easier time getting an overview as well as allow them to take python in more digestible chunks.

Getting all the requirements set up is hard for some and dealing with dependencies can be a drag. I highly recommend setting up an 'open in collab'-tab.
