Strava Autentication:

http://www.strava.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=[REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_CLIENT_ID]&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://localhost/exchange_token&approval_prompt=force&scope=read

Redirect URL will contain authorization code

Send a post to https://www.strava.com/oauth/token with client id, client secret and auth code from above, note auth code is single use

Access token expires every 6 hours, use refresh token to get a new access token
