Add a parameter to make the page be silent; useful for xsplit, which requires a different browser source per scene.

Currently, you can only set to an "empty" sound when you create an alert; need a (none) option for sounds like there is for images.

Is it possible to use a secure random number generator for the key generation?

Python's random.random is insecure in a few ways. The official docs state that it should "should not be used for security purposes." I'm not certain if passing the random value through MD5 is enough to fix all of those issues.

To handle exponential backoff, and other items like automatically fetching less often while a streamer isn't live, change last_update to next_update.

If you include a "," at the end of your blacklist string, it will blacklist all alerts. Don't do that.
