Service Unavailable

Hi the application is not working and showing a blank page with this ( Service Unavailable)

Unusable. Can't change project number

When trying to deploy, it's not possible to change the project number on apps script project settings.
The error received is: You cannot switch to a Cloud Platform project outside the script owner's Cloud Organization.

We do not recognize the default project number (120857752170) and do not have access to it.

When syncing with the API this is the error received:
