fsolve does not work (see ColdGrub1384/Pyto#71). As I see, Python AI also has the same issue. I just found a solution. It's to use https://github.com/devernay/cminpack. It's a C version of Minpack translated with f2c. I took the C files and added them to Pyto. There were duplicated symbols, I removed conflicting object files from SciPy and then fsolve worked perfectly. See this commit: ColdGrub1384/Pyto@44c4c41.
