The content on the page overflows on resizing

When using split-screen, the website content overflows which makes a horizontal scroll bar appear.
This happens when the carousel changes to small tiles. A quick check using js shows that width range of that happening is 609 to 750.

Notice the scroll bars in the following pictures

The scrollbar is to the left which can be scrolled to the right.

There is no specific content being left out and hence scroll bar there is inconvenient. Therefore I suggest we remove it.

This is a small bug for which I want to make a pull request.

Makefile assumes rbenv availability

make setup depends on rbenv to be available. That may not be the case for everyone. Some may not be aware about rbenv at all.

Stating the dependency with rbenv explicitly in the README should help.

Does not open external anchors using rel="noopener"

This is a security risk. More information here, here & here

iOS not written like iOS

On the careers page, casing of job title may create issues in some cases. For example, the i in iOS gets capitalised.

I don't know about you, but iOS written in any other way, really grinds my gears.

<html> lacks lang attribute

When <html> doesn't specify lang attribute, screen readers default to their default language. Specifying one Improves accessibility. More information here
