[crane的算法逻辑 对没有波峰浪谷的数据会输出成小时为周期，不能支持小时周期]
目前是 规律的周期(即间隔时间) 要>=1天

每个小时执行一次 ， 规律间隔是一小时 算法不生效 /
后续调整定时任务执行 逻辑 */30 2-4 * * * /u01/cron-job.sh 确保规律的间隔时间>=1天
