Replace SDL2 audio subsystem with libsoundio. libsoundio enables access to exclusive modes which provides much lower latencies than shared mode in every platform.

Windows 10, using Pulsus at first bundled with uBMSC, and then separately downloaded from this repository gives this error, and causes Pulsus to crash immediately after selecting BMS file to play.

When opened through uBMSC (located on F:)

When opened on its own (located on C:)

Note that while this instance of Pulsus was run from a location on the C: drive, the Pulsus error message still gives paths to the F: drive where the first run of Pulsus was ever performed on this machines.

This error occurred in up-to-date Windows 10 Home Edition

I'm still open to how to pull this out. Use Lua which would offer maximum customizability? HTML/CSS? Javascript? Any other ideas?

Implement all the common scroll modes, lane modes, assist modes, gauge modes, and random modes.
