Code tries to execute address FLASH_ADDR_MAX+1, however linker script does not put start of .text here.

Instead, trigger a reset by writing an invalid value to the watchdog register.

Dependencies can be altered, and thus should be attached to the config, not the implementation, which does not change unless the implementation itself changes

Does not support small Linux-based platforms

Makefile dependency generation assumes presences of -MD

compile.py compiler enumeration assumes gcc (short version string is assumed to be on last line)
