On document load, all section below join/not join is hidden
When user clicks on not joining for lunch, the following should occur

• 1. not joining message along with username is sent to kdb gateway
• 2. kdb gateway store this into table for future consideration
• 3. user is sent out of page
• 4. user is locked out of logging in again (same for those who have submitted)

When user clicks on join, the following should occur

• 1. joining will allow all other section to be generated
• 2. each question is a click save
• 3. submit button will send all question responses to kdb gateway
