Use local fonts to boost site performance. Make sure to remove all traces of the google fonts package
Set defaults to widgets where avaliable. Define defaults in constructor of widget
Should improve animation performance on index.dart

Test actual application with something like Gerkin
Optimize, compress, or whatever so the image doesn’t take a whole second to load.
Speed up site by setting widgets such as text widgets that don't get rebuilt to constant.
