Add some screenshots from Grafana that show what is possible with these metrics.

Sometime in the last week (or weeks?) the rainfall_24hr metric has changed definition.
It used to be "Rainfall since 9am", but now appears to be correct and is "Rainfall in the last 24 hours".

I believe the correct metric is now rainfall.

Add some basic 'Actions' to:

• build
• test
• vet

The current go mod name was initialised before migrating to github.
Correct it so it can be imported properly.

Update the README to include the currently supported metric names and labels.
