EQ3/6 on Raspberry Pi

EQ3/6 is a FORTRAN code use in geochemical modeling of aqueous systems (Wolery 2013). I am running EQ3/6 code in my Raspberry Pi Cluster and happy to share with you the script I wrote to install EQ3/6 from the source code. It works very well in Raspberry Pi.

Reference:

Wolery, T. J., 2013, EQ3/6 - Software for Geochemical Modeling, Version 8.0a, LLNL-CODE-2013-683958, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, California.

Software can be download from: https://www-gs.llnl.gov/energy-homeland-security/geochemistry GitHub: https://github.com/llnl/eq3_6
