chrome-extension's Issues

Publish your extension to Microsoft Edge Addons website

Microsoft Edge is the second most used browser on the web, making the browsing experience more flexible, offering many more services for users and optimized for Windows devices.

Microsoft Edge supports Chromium extensions, and you can publish your extensions to Microsoft Edge Add-ons website with minimal code changes. Find out more here.

If you have any more queries about porting Chrome extension to Microsoft Edge or anything else, you can contact the relevant teams whose links are given here.

Let me know if this was helpful. I am happy to help you with more details.

Direction of UX adjustment

Many users feedback that check folders and files with check box is a bit more convenient. So may be should think how to integrate the checkbox and current ways or just use checkbox instead.

Access token should add to Headers during using API

Because I received this email:

Hello there!

On February 4th, 2020 at 05:11 (UTC) your application (GitZip browser extension) used an access token (with the User-Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/78.0.3904.108 Safari/537.36) as part of a query parameter to access an endpoint through the GitHub API.

https://api.github.com/rate_limit

Please use the Authorization HTTP header instead as using the `access_token` query parameter is deprecated.

Depending on your API usage, we'll be sending you this email reminder once every 3 days for each token and User-Agent used in API calls made on your behalf.
Just one URL that was accessed with a token and User-Agent combination will be listed in the email reminder, not all.

Visit https://developer.github.com/changes/2019-11-05-deprecated-passwords-and-authorizations-api/#authenticating-using-query-parameters for more information.

Thanks,
The GitHub Team
