log-delta

  Log::Delta is a logging object with absolute (since start of program)
  and relative (since previous log message) timing information.
  
INSTALLATION

  To install this module type the following:

     perl Makefile.PL
     make
     make test
     make install

DEPENDENCIES

  This module requires these other modules and libraries:

     Class::Singleton      (CPAN)

  If they following modules are available they may be used, but they
  are not necessary for normal usage:

     NCGI                  (CPAN)
