Lingua/ES/Silabas version 0.01

La función silabas($) recibe como argumento una palabra y regresa
una lista con las sílabas que la componen.

Las sílabas se obtienen a travez de una serie de reglas un tanto
arbitrarias pero que parecen funcionar en la mayoría de los casos.

INSTALACION

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
