It looks like package-lock.json has issues when update with different versions of node.
To resolve this for the time being I've run docker run -i -t -v $PWD:/src --entrypoint /bin/bash node:16 and using node:16 the build is happy.
It also looks like the build is using an old version of debian we needs to be addressed.
