I think I had given the wrong link to pull request URL in the swag shipment form, hence I have filled the form again. Is that alright?

I did a first PR (#498) and filled out the first form when the Tier 2 was still available. Except that I made some mistakes on my files, and so I had to do a PR again (#3441).
So I would like to know if I am still eligible to receive my Tier 2 Swag.

Many non-English names can be longer than 18 characters, without containing middle names or second last names. Mine, for instance, is 21 (space included).

It would be amazing if you could allow more than 18 characters, so many more people can have their full name in whatever you need the name for :)

The reviewer asked me to make some changes then reopen the PR. I made the required changes but know i don't know how to reopen the PR. Any ideas on how one can do it?

In the README it states "submit your pull request before midnight Monday, May 25th PDT" but it was closed today (May 22nd) at 2:30 PM PDT?

Can someone please re-open it until the date originally stated please?

Hi, I just observed that most recent ones get accepted/reviewed quickly while some of the earlier ones are not and I was worried that my submission was skipped. Just wondering what's your criteria for reviewing or approving PR's?

I had submitted a PR that was eligible for Tier 2 but it was closed due to the profile picture not meeting the size criterion. I have opened another PR and submitted another form but am I still eligible for the Tier 2 rewards?

The PR was closed only a few hours ago by the Github team. I immediately opened another PR but the README now states new PRs are no longer eligible for Tier 2. Please help

Like i don't think i live in a remote place. e commerce like amazon and flipkart deliver shipment effortlessly and easily but i doubt that this shipment might might not reach me.

My status is First review completed correctly.

The instructions in the README say

Those who have already submitted a pull request, is on review or pending changes you can still get added to the yearbook by submitted those changes in the pull request you already have (without creating a new PR).

However, there doesn't seem to be an option (at least not an obvious one) to reopen the PR after it is closed. I and many others have just opened new PRs with our changes and linked them in a comment. Am I missing something about how to reopen the PR?

My PR is still open, is this the end?

I created pull request and it was verified but I found that in graduation/_data directory there is no directory named rohitashkmwt. Please have a look and correct it.

I would like to suggest using a GitHub Action or app (such as Restyled, since it's free to students) to assist in keeping PRs consistent and make it simpler for people to submit them, and hopefully to make reviewing the PRs more simple.

The folder 'bogliosimone' is not inside the _data directory.

Under 3. Add your profile information:

Do not use special characters in the template above.

I think this needs to be explained further. Special characters could mean non-ascii, or it could mean some subset of apostrophes, punctuation and escape characters.

Is the github username from pull request validated against the form submissions, case sensitive?
I filled the form with the username ahmeed2m but my actual github username is Ahmeed2m. hence I received a review in #1809 saying

We were not able to find your form submission on our side. Fill a shipping form before we can move on with your revew.

I think it should not be case sensitive validation. If it's not validated against the username but validated against the email. maybe you should add a notice to fill the form with the github registered email

Seems like a PR got merged which originates at the root folder and not inside as _data as intended. It should be shifted inside?

While making changes to the Pull Request, I accidentally deleted the forked repository and no longer have access to the pull request.

Should I go ahead and redo the entire process again?

I found that the reviewers commented on PR's that welcome to the Yearbook and we will sending you a swag but only got this comment-
Welcome to the Class of 2020 Yearbook ✨
and I submitted my PR on 20TH MAY only
So am I eligible for swag as I didn't get that comment?

Should I upload another one and then open a new pr referencing the previous one?

ryanro97 application pull request #2709 which is merged to the original fork has the data added in the root folder and not it _data folder.

There are more people who are creating PR wrong so i just updated the files so that people can set those file correct.

There is an Image name richu.jpg in the .github folder which was note there initially . I think it is due to a bad merge kindly review it .

I didn't put the street address which might cause problems in delivery of swags. Is there any way I could edit the address that I put earlier?

My PR #445 had a slight issue about image ratio and I was asked to resubmit. I hope the new PR will still be eligible for Tier 2 swags?

This is my previous PR #627 which had image ratio issues and I've created another another PR #3220 where I updated as per the instructions. Do I need to fill another form for this or will the old form be considered? Will this impact for tier 2 swags? @elisemoe could you please help me with this.
