Set of scripts to upload NeIC documents etc to Zenodo repository

How to use:

get_authors.sh:

A shell script that will generate a file of author metadata in the form:

last name,first name,ORCID,affiliation

This file is generated by parsing the .md files in the neic.no repository

git clone https://github.com/neicnordic/neic.no.git

You must set DIRECTORY to the full path where the files neic.no/_people/*.md are found

You must set OUTPUT_FILE to the desired name of the authors metadata text file

./upload_to_zenodo.py -p <path to document file> \ -i <document file> \ -d <file containing the description of the document> \ -m <file containing the author list> \ -A <your secret key string generated on Zenodo site>

e.g.

./upload_to_zenodo.py -p /home/jwhite/Downloads/
-i Dellingr_Phase1_DO1_v2.pdf
-d dellingr_p1_d1_description.txt
-m dellingr_p1_d1.txt
