  2. Expected Lifespan: Enter your expected lifespan. You can use the SSA Life Expectancy Calculator for an estimate.
  3. Calculate: Click the "Calculate" button to see your remaining years, weeks, days, and Mondays.

Calculation Formulas

  • Years left: Lifespan - Age
  • Days left: Years left * 365 + Leap years
  • Weeks left: Total days left / 7
  • Mondays left: Weeks left
