@giltayar Should we use NodeNext or esnext as the module resolution setting? (tsconfig)

Typescript docs recommends using NodeNext for newer versions of Node, but the resolution of the types seems cumbersome now because you need the library to point to the specific d.ts files. You can no longer use "types": "types" in the package.json file to include all files in the folder.
I'm wondering if you looked into this and have some insights around this.
