The sonar-project.properties file has been updated with the requested values for the projectKey and name:

sonar.projectKey=my:retorch
sonar.projectName=retorch
sonar.organization=giis

Please create the Sonar project in SonarQube/Cloud and integrate it to ensure the success of the actions pipeline. Note that the static analysis may not be as useful with the current annotations added, but it is still valuable for other aspects of the project.

Migrate the annotations. Once merged, I will release v1.1.0 to Maven Central

This repo has been created with the template. Customize the repo to retoch (with a module retorch-annotations, namespace giis.retorch.annotations). The result must be a fully configured project, but without unnecessary files/configs and without any source of annotations (this is for another PR).
